As part of Oxfam’s humanitarian response across Yemen, we help families access clean water – in this case filtering salty water using solar power by day and wind power at night for 24 hour service. Now, as COVID-19 looms, we are adapting our response with further public health promotion with community volunteers, providing clean water, soap and other hygiene materials, and helping families access what they need in local markets with cash and vouchers.
