Mónica is an attorney and activist making initiatives to empower and increase representation of Latinx communities. She is the founder of Justice for Migrant Women, She Se Puede, Esperanza: The Immigrant Women’s Legal Initiative of the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Latinx House, and Alianza Nacional de Campesinas.
